A licenced plumber or electrician wouldnt risk their licence or reputation by putting their name on someone elses work .   

Maybe I would invest some of that money in a good thorough course from someone reputable who teaches rehabs. good luck.

If nothing comes up for a trusted contractor source then I'd turn to local businesses with a solid reputation and rating among the community.

I would suggest to stay away from memphis as it is the eviction capitol, and generally has a terrible reputation on this side of the state.

I'd want someone to have my back.Second, if I were to "forget" to mention those kinds of things, my reputation would be in the toilet as fast as you can say "Yelp".I'd bet most good agents would do exactly the same thing.

There are a handful of good addendum suppliers in Ontario including LPMA and Harry Fine paralegal.You must also be careful of traps they've put in, such as the agreement to serve by email is ONLY for tenants, not landlords.

They'll buy more and you'll develop a good reputation.
