My opinion is simply that buying holding real estate is a long slow way to build wealth in real estate and very painful as you go...And learning to buy and sell.. creating a cash machine.. that you then reinvest is much faster...go pick up the book....10 Roads to Riches by Ken Fisher...

mobiles are a pain in the rear in this area also. you cant lease them in most places, the park approval boards are very strict, the list goes on.
