Realtor lied to me, waived inspection, PM's definition of good condition was not mine, they did not screen tenants well, tenant sent a complaint to the city(PM told me, "they must know how to play the system and targeted your house"(the moment I knew we were done with them), their rent was paid to city until items of complaint were repair since April, court date was made in December then they appealed and we are still waiting for a discussion for how much rent we will receive from that.
