Rodents can cause major damage to plastic plumbing pipes, bore holes through walls, eat electric wiring insulation and do their dirty business throughout the house and in the attic where it can cost tens of thousands of dollars to clean and repair.

Legally you can not reject them based on having the service dog but you can reject if you choose someone more qualified.You must insist on the applicant showing proof that it is actually a "service" dog and not a companion dog.
