Hey there my BP companions!!

Rodents can cause major damage to plastic plumbing pipes, bore holes through walls, eat electric wiring insulation and do their dirty business throughout the house and in the attic where it can cost tens of thousands of dollars to clean and repair.

To all my fellow Biggerpockets companions out there.

They make plastic hinges and stuff for kitchen cabinets. 

For example, we've granted two here recently; one for a microbrewery/restaurant that is dumping $1.3mil into an old building on Main St. and the other was for the expansion of a medical plastics welding business.  

I've even had stained trim as well as that pre-finished plastic looking trim.  

E.g. if I put a $20 plastic faucet in and have to come out twice a year and replace it, that's wasted money if if they have a lifetime warranty on them.On the low end, people are happy with the basic stuff.

Its also easy to clean and since its plastic its water resistant.

Legally you can not reject them based on having the service dog but you can reject if you choose someone more qualified.You must insist on the applicant showing proof that it is actually a "service" dog and not a companion dog.

Might start at like 2 inches off the floor and let plastic baseboard complete to the floor.
