You can actually to to the NMLS's consumer access page to look up a lender to check licensing.

So I would check those docs first.

If you check the NYS Dept of Licensing website, no one is listed by the name Eric Lee as an Agent or Broker with the firm Sowae Corp https://appext20.dos.ny.gov/nydos/searchByName.do.

Additionally, checking local listings on Zillow or Craigslist can help fine-tune the rental rates in that specific area.

That said, keep your emotions out of it and simply respond to his offer with a VERY polite "thank you so much and I'd love to sign this for you today, but there were a few terms we discussed that I think may have been overlooked....those are XXXX".

I probably wouldn't trust many of them and I'm still double checking what those who trust tell me.b.

I think tracking productivity will be tough unless you have someone on site that is checking their work at the end of the day and documenting their progress.

Cross check your realtor's opinion with your PM's and you are off to a decent start.
