I started reading books and listening to podcasts.

Yeah I was just curious, A big reason why I started to listen to him was because BP was pushing his book.  

Hi @Franco Irakoze- I work for a private lender and have quoted numerous vacant land deals.

I've done some research online and found that there are numerous Flat Fee listing companies that will list a FSBO MLS listing.Few questions I have are.1.)

This is sometimes the guy to listen to.- The guy who bought 10,000 units with $1B as the GP/sponsor is often the guy who just lost all of his investor’s capital.

Maybe that means a barbecue with friends, or going to a movie, or just sitting alone and listening to music.

I came across Rent to Retirement through the BiggerPockets forum and podcasts and was encouraged by numerous positive reviews.

I did a horrible job at vetting this tenant for my ADU, however, I have done nothing but right by this tenant and has numerously asked that she put her boyfriend on the lease to ensure he is covered for rental insurance to keep me safe.

And even after all the wealth of information I've received from listening to the podcast shows, I feel like a chimp in a rocket ship!
