Here is another REALLY important part, if when you examine those areas you see dead ants around it, do NOT remove them, leave them as the other ants will carry them back to the nest, the object is for the ants to not only eat the poison, but make it back to the nest to poison the others.

While I see how this rubs a nerve with investors, assisting family members in buying a primary residence and being on title is acceptable, in fact, the ten per cent down payment can be a gift to your sister and her husband and they can qualify and you could also sign the note without being on title.
