I would judge them on their overall merits and have a cancelation clause.

Then that buyers name starts floating around as someone not to do business with etc.Not debating the merits of it just saying brokers and agents have a long memory of the flakes and other buyers out to screw them out of commission to try and buy something.Best thing to do is learn how to swim with the current up river instead of against it.

There's a ton of merit in that stigma, but I also believe that in the long run, you get what you pay for.

I thought I should-could-would overlook these things that made me feel uncomfortable, because he passed my minimum criteria to rent and I didn't want to seem discriminatory on something which may not have merit.
