Just saying, you may have an opinion, but you're likely mistaken as they do go through a medical reviews.Now, if you see a guy who says he has a bad back and you see him at the gym bench pressing 200 lbs, photograph it, document it and report it.....or just report it.

People always need housing and speaking of MTR there will always be insurance claims and traveling medical professionals.

A ton of STR's opportunities include traveling nurses for hospitals, medical centers, and campus sights for OSU students.

These typically are the largest users of travel medical professionals.

San Francisco has a number of hospitals for travel nurses and other medical workers and probably corporate professionals who travel there.

Being able to pull the trigger once the numbers make sense is a skill and being indecisive will be a big hindrance on growing...I personally won't work with clients that are gun shy on pulling the trigger.

It's about learning the skills and gaining access to the resources you need to be able to build a legitimate business.
