Plus, you can get here quickly via a 45 min flight or half-day drive.

I was back there for Thanksgiving and stayed both at Kaanaapali and at the Aston in your area. like I said its really grown. there is an out fit there called the Maui flight academy and if I can put in a shameless plug.. this Is the greatest value for a tourist...

@Benjamin GoodmanAgree with @Michael Flight on removing the safe, etc. is expensive but that Restoration work would have been in the lease already.

I did two flights of townhome stairs in a nice, thick quality carpet for $12/yard (34 yards, 12' wide, approx $400). 

Also, curious to see how negative an impact airplane flight paths would have on the rental property in either scenario (i.e., have seen a couple of spots directly in the path of airplanes), thanks!
