Her fear of the mouse in the house is legit though and I’m hoping this is an isolated incident.  

@Jay Maranan just an FYI, my primary property is 5 stories, of which almost all the carpet in the units has been removed(90%)...the original flooring is beautiful oak, that was original installed over 90 years ago, however, the units that just have the carpet torn up, sanded and stained the original flooring are much louder that the units, that I lay down subfloor, underlayment foam, and new floors over the original solid wood(I know it is sinful to purists, to not refinish the original wood, but it cost more, takes longer, is louder, and less isolation of bugs, and leaves some of the earthquake retrofit hardware exposed, if I do that) ....BUT, with carpet and/or wood floors it will be noisey...that's why the 5th floor are the "PentHouse" units, since no upstairs neighbors, even though identical layout to the below units, they can demand a bit of premium, especially if your new tenant has lived in apartments before.

You can do this by installing a floating floor in the upper unit or using a 2nd drywall ceiling in the basement isolated with j-clips. 4) Other secondary tactics involve installing material that absorbs sound energy.

I doubt this is a isolated case. you need an audit.I took over a property management position and after 2 months on the job after balancing accounts found the prior manager had embezzled over 60K.

So it's total isolation really, which is nice because I'm extremely introverted and sometimes need like weeks of time being alone anyways.The good thing about an RV is that I can live at my parents home close to friends.

During this time of isolation, do they have any good podcasts they like, bc you like podcasts? 

For an investor from San Francisco, it's just so isolated and such a pain to travel to. 

So the choice is if you want to achieve the goals stated here, you will end up  divorced, with a family that hates you, isolated from the world...but a millionaire, or homeless, broke, still married and your family loving you?

I'd share your concerns about social distancing and isolation and ask if there are questions or pics that would be sufficient. 

Looking at one number in isolation is meaningless.
