Ironically, I signed up with InvestorCarrot because they have such incredible customer service (and it seems super intuitive), but I'm doing over half my real-estate work on the weekends during their off-hours and I don't want to spend half my limited time every week dealing with my technology instead of getting deals under contract or sold.

Intuit disabled a lot of features in the Deluxe edition for Schedules C, D, E, and F forcing people to get the more expensive versions this year and killed the Basic version all together.

I'm biased but I believe the 'core' and transferable skills for RE investing include:Extreme problem solving, building, and project management skillstime management skillsManaging people skills, sometimes people that are extremely rough around the edgesYes, the high level finance intuition to help make decisions however I believe it to be extremely important to not get lost in too many detailsIf any of the first 3 you feel you are weak on, I'd think you'd want to shore those up quickly.

I agree, it will come with knowledge and skills, not just RE skills, social skills, the skill of persuasion, analytical skills and intuition, that's really tough to teach.That's what a teacher is suppose to do, make the student think, if you can then great, making them think in the right direction is a real trick, especially in RE.I'm not going to hammer away at guru stuff in this thread, if people are interested in my opinions they aren't hard to find.

The UI is very intuitive too and it has a mobile ios app which i use all the time.They charge a monthly flat fee, they don't take % commissions.
