Do you want cameras you can monitor or would your rather have an ironclad backup of footage you can access later in the event of some sort of incident?

We had a slip and fall incident several years ago due to negligence of our “licensed and insured” housekeeping company

I documented the incident, explained to the neighbor to contact PD if her  piece is being disturbed which will get me a paper trail.

I actually heard and talk with one of the investor about that incident.

I have installed around 6 of these macerating units over the last 10 years & apart from the screw incident & the bad Saniflo bladder all are still running without issue.But regardless of their faults they will  definitely be a more cost effective alternative to replacing cast iron pipes buried in a slab. 

My own real estate road has been quite the rollercoaster—imagine dealing with a house fire set by a disgruntled former owner and some truly wild tenant troubles, including a scary stabbing incident linked to an unruly renter.

After I bought the property, I found those people had a much higher incidence of skips and evictions, with downtime and turn costs vastly exceeding the benefits of easier lease-ups.
