Hello everyone,I'm new to all this, so I apologize if my question(s) sound silly, but if I find a house from a wholesaler, what are the steps to close it?

I apologize if any of these things are glaringly stupid but this is my first experience with all of this.I'd also love to know if there are certain factors that would help me to decide to rent or flip the next property I get when I buy it.

I am a public educator turned software engineer/real estate investor currently living in Oakland, CA.I am an owner-occupant of a duplex in north Oakland where I've accumulated a good amount of equity (~400k) and I'm curious of people's opinions on good ways to leverage it.I apologize in advance if this question has been answered many times previously.

My error not to catch the "I said we do not provide washer dryers with the unit"--still some ambiguity there as written but if she was waiting till you were away thats is a different scenario.My apologies to all and I hope the post is still useful as a thought experiment for landlord tenant communication.My own actions would probably go along the lines of the previous posters of offering to allow her to do laundry and do new (maybe used) machine for $25 or so amount in rent, laying out conditions of use.
