They are missing 25-30% of their staff, and consequently, are throttling applications with a "pre-screen" process that takes 30 business days at present... that's before plan check even starts.Bottom line: not many have actually executed on this strategy yet, so if you are going for it, have realistic expectations on overall timeline.
