The cleaning staff scheduling, the restocking of consumables, the counting of inventory, etc etc.  

They are missing 25-30% of their staff, and consequently, are throttling applications with a "pre-screen" process that takes 30 business days at present... that's before plan check even starts.Bottom line: not many have actually executed on this strategy yet, so if you are going for it, have realistic expectations on overall timeline.

Small towns near resort areas can be good investments as well...think staff for the resort. 

Large unit count properties such as large apartment complexes with maintenance staff have much lower maintenance/cap ex than lower count units.

AirBnb is obviously a way to make some higher returns - and if you can get good staff to help turn the units - then go for it!

Virtual tours are also working well but this also requires the cooperation of the current tenants to either take the video tour or let one of our staff members come in to take video.
