BP is so large now, unfortunately, there are a lot of "professionals" advertising their services here but don't know the REI industry.So, to protect yourself in the future, I'd ensure at least a few other REIs have worked with the professional you choose to hire and have received enough value from them to refer their services.You can always ask the professional for references as well and they should have no problem providing a few if they are good at what they do.Just my 2 cents.

I don't use Buildium so I can't speak to what it can or can't do but owner's can sometimes be added on other platforms as co-hosts for the purpose of visibility.

What I hear again and again from hosts who are accustomed to Airbnb for their STRs and even some MTRs is that they expect FF to work the same way when, in reality, FF is just a lead generation platform.

thanks for that so is 1.5% bad bc that's what that person messaged me there is no regulation on Transactional funding basically its whatever you can negotiate.. 1% is the going rate from most.. some will be higher some will be lower.. just google around for TF funding and and talk to a number of those funders to find your best deal.there are half a dozen of these folks or so on BP that do provide this service maybe they will catch this thread or maybe you do some snooping around on the site and find them.

We just had an incident… a guest tried to steal money from the host , my mother in law -long story but lied stole cheated while staying and furnished finders will do very little to back you up, they’re like a hands off broker essentially, just do your due diligence and have good contracts in place, and research / background check really well if you use FFinders.
