Hi Michael...If possible, I believe it is always better for everyone to be directly responsible for their use of any resources.The more accurate and direct this responsibility is passed on to the consumer, the happier everyone will be.

You might a well just consider that Equity has a $50 transaction fee.I am much happier with Equity right now once I learned the system.

Oh, and our clients were all a lot happier so they referred their colleagues, staff was happier, etc.I do know a few local investors that work in the city happily and profitably on their own portfolios but it is an art that is difficult to reproduce if you are buying from a distance.

It took me a lot of hard work and a lot of tears because there were times I thought I wasn't going to be able to make the payments, but eventually I finished paying it off and I couldn't be happier.
