If you have made a reasonable effort to address anything that may cause mold you're fine. 

Why people fail is because these take a much higher level of skill, knowledge and upfront effort, and upfront capital.  

After some time and hard work, these income streams start to build and are able to maintain themselves, bringing you consistent revenue without much effort on your part. ⁣

And IBC practitioners and life agents at large should be leading the front on that effort.
