They can't and won't really endorse you as a solution, but they can suggest options and who might be able to contact that can help them.My phone rang from bankers and borrowers, in my area where I could meet with either or both to work things out.

@Carrie AlbertsonI had used Mysmartmove.com from Transunion, it was endorsed on Biggerpockets and it was a pretty easy set up.

So, I cannot endorse them.

@Joshua Diaz  I second Elizabeth's endorsement of Buildium - have used it for 5 years now and love it.  

I'm not endorsing that but it's an option if you need it.  

Sorry man, this lacks any foundation for a sound REI endorsement IMO.Don't blow smoke if you want any credibility.

@Nate Hananger I do know that Chase and Fifth Third Bank honor this process (as a business owner the process of endorsing the check and depositing it into your business account.)
