Most people probably just waste a lot of time, or sit at home and believe the BS handed to them by CNN, or ‘small minds’ in their locality, and are too distracted to get off the couch to see possibilities and make a difference in the world.

Rather than blame game (big distraction), I'd like to see some positive action and people taking responsibility to move things in the right direction.

You are overthinking what you should do because you are distracted by irrelevant issues.How you approach the seller is irrelevant to whether you will buy it or not, either way your relationship will be terminated with the present owner.

Can you charm, disarm, distract, redirect, negotiate?

Just like investing, you can get easily distracted by the newest and greatest strategy.  

It's great for professionals, but for folks that don't have a basic ability to manage money, it seems like a fantasy, and a dangerous and distracting one at that.

These policies are also known as "self-distracting". 

Don't get distracted by what others are doing - there are lots of strategies in investing and you only need to be great at one of them.

The point of this rant (sorry, I said I'd quit, but I get distracted sometimes) is that you as a WHOLESALER, if you want to succeed in this game, are going to have to get on the side of your INVESTORS. 

But don't let a little success distract you from what it takes to accomplish your goals.Hopefully you aren't!
