Okay, that was a little bit harsh.I can tell they teach a lot of good practical knowledge, however the biggest pitfall i see is its a cookie cutter program teaching you how to find houses to buy and flip or rent out.  

If you run a cutter out to the street now, any future issue should be clearly the tenant's expense.

Your numbers are off, and you don't even know the interest rate for a basic cookie cutter FHA loan that you can easily google.

@Jerryll Noorden Steve just showed us all a permanent solution for quite a few rigged/makeshift/nutbag plumbing and pipe heater/crazy pipe insulation installations.

Some accountants wont go outside what turbotax tells them, when in reality your tax is based upon your facts, and your specific way of conducting business may be more advantaged tax wise rather then a cookie cutter aproach.

Plus I surmised that a couple of their polishers/cutters work off the books for cash.After a few meetings I discovered the owner is into flipping homes to make extra money!!! 

We decided that in cookie cutter neighborhoods, appraisers just don't give you enough credit for your upgrades so it's better to patch and paint and sell for a cheap price and turn your money faster instead of trying to shoot for the moon. 

A tile saw is fine, but getting good with a traditional tile score cutter is best.
