PPS - Based on what I am seeing in the comps photos I received, I am planning to install "B" level granite (probably Santa Cecilia) while reusing the existing drop in sink, porcelain tile or "stone-look" LVT floors, tile backsplash, and (hopefully) relatively inexpensive "semi-custom" cabinets (to make the most of the available space in a small kitchen where there is no possibility to expand the room).If anyone has advice about good value semi-custom cabinets, please share it with me!

I have plenty of experience in new construction as a painting contractor and assistant project manager for a custom builder here in Bend.

Not sure where you are located but your probably looking at least a couple hundred bucks to have this custom made for you.

In the new house I had to do a Full gut and refinish in the basement, refinish and lay matching new hardwood throughout the entire house, as well a a full custom kitchen, and updated the bathroom as well.

Just like with any other business, how would you attract new customers/clients?

If youre truly in this for the long haul, there is nothing worse than getting started and then realize you dont like who youre dealing with.Meet the property management, customer service, accounting / finance.

When we have customers and clients go out of their way to provide us value, we like to show our gratitude in a variety of ways.

Lastly, when it comes to direct mail,  if I'm a licensed agent and I'm sending out a targeted DM campaign to buy distressed properties (not list them), would I need to include my brokerage logo & info on my advertising?
