Another great thing about MH is taxes, a lot of the counties we deal in don't tax our homes as much as other sight built homes and we contest them yearly and usually end up with a favorable tax bill that allows us more cash flow. 

Can you contest them to get them lowered?

Any buyer can contest your foreclosure action, regardless of what contract you use, you can easily eat up 3 grand with an attorney just to get a house back, 6 months missed payments....if you can't cover the foreclosure expenses from a buyer in a seller financed deal, don't do the deal.

If not make sure you know how to calculate the total payoff on the loan, as that in many instances is what a borrower will contest and can drag out a foreclosure.

I do have a completed home for sale in UT, one under const in so Texas (another one just finishing in planning-plan was winner in BP contest) and closing in on a great refi on my 154 unit in Garland, TX.

I'm also looking for a good closing attorney who can handle real estate transfers with potential estate issues (possible relative contesting sale).  

We have never had a deposit contested in twenty years. 

She’ll probably contest the increase at the rent board anyways and get a reduction. 

Is there some way to contest this appraisal?

I know one PM that has a contest sometimes, the best yard/landscaping wins a free month of rent.
