There are 2 different conventional programs that will allow you to put down only 3% of the price of the home and if you have very good to great credit it would be cheaper than FHA.

Better infrastructure, cheaper real estate, and the janitors could conceivably live in West Virginia and still commute... ;-)   I'm just jealous because I think Amazon will clog up the hotels and the metro and I won't be able to find any Lime Bikes and Scooters to ride around Crystal City and Pentagon City.

very safe if done in basement by pellet auger or outside wood boiler. cheaper than anything. renewable. im looking convert 3 boilers over to wood boiler or pellet boiler in maine.
