haha fair enough..i wasn't a superstar, but a back up goalie in europe makes much more than i did..trust me...as a matter of fact, my buddy was chosen 2nd round as a goalie a few years back, only to be signed for 12,900/year,and he ended up being the starting goalie too...and that was the 2nd round of the mls draft!!..

My buddy put one in a rental and says it is great.

These are all young men and women (but mostly men) going through the same training course for several months, many times with very close buddies that they went through pilot training over the last year with.

All my buddies are driving brand new mustangs and I'm still driving my 2005 pick up my dad gave me I'm saving every bit of money and putting it to work so that way I won't be worrying about bills 10-15 years from now

I have personally found 2 helpful friends like this and have help me so much (my buddy called the bank and yelled at the president to get me a loan!)

Some apartments have a lot of windows while I have a buddy who only averages two windows and a glass sliding porch door per unit in his 9-unit. 

My buddy and I, both 25, have worked closely over the past couple of years on different non business activities for the community and we are looking to join together to form a business relationship with the goal of buy and hold rental properties for extra income as we both have steady full time careers. 

My buddy is in a bit of a situation and we need some advise.
