We can't let the Texas guys take all the thunder :( Recently, a few of us met up for breakfast with Rich Weese and I thought it was a great time.

My dad sent me to college and got up every damn morning to make me breakfast as a kid.

After owning 2 bed and breakfasts for 24 years I think the key to draw a large market to your property is a wide variety of attractions and not just being set on one thing like being unplugged in the wilderness.

They did well for me, and probably saved my bacon on that project (still lost money on it but at least I crossed the finish line). 

I did bed and breakfasts for 24 years so I no longer want to be in the hospitality business so I don’t care to do STRs.

The business income comes into play if you are providing more of a Bed & Breakfast or Executive Rental concept where there are significant additional services provided such as maid service, meals, etc.You've also got Account Closed providing some advice that is a bit off base (Splitting the title with yourself???  

Its like their own personal bed and breakfast.
