Its sort of funny --- they considered the ramifications to my pay if they found that they liked a house.However, I wonder if we will have more dual agency type transactions. 

I have my broker's license and I still use my longtime realtor to show me properties; I just needed my broker's license to set up our property management company, and I also get to use it for full-time real estate professional purposes at tax time (I'm retired); I don't use it for looking at properties or anything of that sort. 

I'd personally think on lifestyle desires, plans in the next few years, etc when asking myself if this sort of thing is a right decision.

I have no idea what source you are quoting, but it appears to be some sort of blog or other writing that is not from the HAP Agreement or the HUD website.
