It is not uncommon to see re-painted and re-floored homes in my area still have this smell and the only two paths I have heard success stories with to remedy it are:- repaint with an appropriate primer (meant for heavy indoor smoke remediation)- ozonationThe hoarder cleanup crew I got to interact with recently sung the praises of the ozonation process in their service and told me that they actually have to go back and add lemony scent after the fact because the smells . . .

city code defines what is proper for a property's lawn service.If a tenant can't comply then if a property owner is given a notice from city to remedy  or is fined, the tenant would be given notice to comply or fine passed on, notice of non-compliance is lease violation and is cause for eviction.is tenant responsible to purchase lawn equipment.. unless it's supplied and or in the lease it is tenants responsibility to maintain the property..

They are technically in violation of their current lease, so you can send them a notice to remedy (get rid of cat) or face eviction, or they can agree to a pet addendum with whatever terms you can work out.If they are smoking only on the patio, but not inside (and are doing a good job of containing it on the patio), you might want to just let it slide.
