Tell the Broker what she did and that the bank and the seller will not continue with the transaction and that (since the higher offer was submitted under his brokerage) to appoint another agent for the transaction, better yet, tell the broker to step up and do this transaction.

Otherwise I suggest sending out your own direct mail and making it happen - I do about 2000-3000/month and go on a lot of appointments to find the gold nuggets!
