Does anyone have an app that they use while walking through a house they use to estimate rehabs?

I'd love to hear from folks using online apps and having applicants pay for credit/criminal checks themselves.

New to this site/app and Real Estate investing in general.  

With Alarm.com I have all the controls in one location rather than across different apps and websites, and there are a lot of complex features that can really automate your home.

Might be worth checking out the new tablet apps that allow signatures on digital contracts. 

In my view the originator should be the one who gets the FANNIE 1003 loan app from the borrower, all doc and does the underwriting of the borrower to YOUR lending standards:  DTI, reserves.  

I found an app that does this just for the NYC market but curious if there are any other sites beyond Zillow/Trulia that do this as well.

You could then either exchange those leads with investors or wholesalers for cash, REI mentoring, or a percentage of profits or follow up on them yourself to get started as a wholesaler.3)Develop a web based REI app and sell or SaaS license it to investors.

Many people don't realize all of the great third party apps that integrate with Quickbooks to make record keeping and tracking more convenient.
