We tried having people live inside the homes or buildings, but it is super annoying to have to work around their cooking equipment, food, clothing, etc. and keep moving them around the inside of the building.We find day laborers and pay them as little as $100 per week to live in a shed or in a small travel trailer outside the property.

I would think you would want to send the same piece to be consistent, but I can also see the value of sending a different piece so as to not be spammy and annoying.

In summary, just drink the damn cool-aid already and get it over so the rest of us can go on with life without the annoying doom-preaching banter in our ears all the time.

There is no point annoying a tenant you may not be able to evict. 

Interior finishes will start moving (cracking) and/or doors will start sticking and floors will become uneven (more annoying than dangerous).

They paid their rent mostly on time, but they were loud and messy and annoying and disrespectful of the house that we shared with them.
