I do admire the freedom some of the investors enjoy to travel, etc. without having to drop everything at a moments notice.To be honest, I am far too emotional when someone is hitting my bottom line, perhaps even aggressive to the point of being hostile, to deal with a problem tenant in a civilized manor

I admired her for telling me that and will still use her when I believe the listing agent is dealing fairly, otherwise I deal directly with the listing agent and that made ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
