Lose around 50k in equity to pay down rates and earn around an additional $800-1000/month with 30 year fixed.The value of exponential growth in a commerical loan is extremely enticing but the certainty a 30 year fixed offers is admirable as well, being I'm very close to fiscal independence.Has anyone else ever had this problem? 

(I avoid the opinions of hanger ons and wannabes that are also members of LU, BTW - they are often more easily discerned in person).PS - As an aside, I admire UT and have many friends who went there, though my alma mater, Emory University, is still undefeated in football (no football team).

I do admire the freedom some of the investors enjoy to travel, etc. without having to drop everything at a moments notice.To be honest, I am far too emotional when someone is hitting my bottom line, perhaps even aggressive to the point of being hostile, to deal with a problem tenant in a civilized manor

Just wanted to say Hi, I have my MBA from BGSU in 2009...I have always said I have never been promoted or hired for my MBA (I am a project manager in the Environmental Services industry) but my investments in Toledo have been performed admirably. 

I admired her for telling me that and will still use her when I believe the listing agent is dealing fairly, otherwise I deal directly with the listing agent and that made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. 

It is admirable that you've saved $10k, and think of the additional funding that you could save to be in a more secured financial situation. 

And Kohls actually did an admirable job of pushing back for a long time.
