Financing is needed for an LLC whose owner and administration are from abroad, the entire purchase process will be done without traveling to the United States.

I wouldn't pay anything without a firm contract with the executor, who is likely the daughter, or an assigned administrator.

The short answer is this:  if you moved out before the year requirement is fulfilled you could be subject to a penalty or worse, but there are also plenty of FHA approved “reasons you may have to move earlier than a year” so, as an administration, they’ve set it up to be pretty understanding.The other part to this is getting the future loan.  

They will have sufficient managerial and administrative talent, real estate and business knowledge, specific education, and the CAPITAL necessary to be successful.
