They have a lot of training available for things like prompts, activities, tracking for renewals, etc.

There is very limited supply of active listings and nothing comparable.

This is why its good to make sure you still have active income to continue to build your portfolio.

If on the other hand real estate investing doesn’t “excite” you, it’s just a way to make a better ROI than other investments, you should kill any idea of active investing and invest passively through REITs, syndications, and or real estate investment funds, OR maybe invest in something else.
