Anybody from Edmonton AB have some tips for someone trying to start out real estate investing?

They search online for properties, mark it up, send it out to a " buyers " list they created by posting, " where are my cash buyers,"  none are vetted so its really a BS list , but they hope to get lucky .

Have a plan A, B, C, and D at least if you don’t want to loose them as tenant next time lease is up to an end.

It is a B class property.

You won't get it right the first time but with A/B split testing and some consistency you'll find that there are still plenty of leads. 

I'm a newbie to realestate and I want to start off by wholesaling in Calgary, AB to get the ball rolling. 

Say you have three rentals A, B, and C, and they are all owned in your personal name.

We have a B+ property in a good area but our property manager had liability concerns about putting AirBnB next to long term tenants.

I currently have 1 property in a B+ class area I require a score of 700+. 

Everything in cleveland starts with a B, cant make money in A, We only focus on the better areas Good Luck
