I won't be his first nor his only licensee.I hope I don't sound like I'm hyping him up but, I've met others he's mentored and credible investors he continues to work with.So I've known him a good while.

Useless garbage hype.

As I pointed out, that was blatantly wrong - just a bunch of hype.

On paper, those look like great cash-flowing properties, but reality is they will be difficult to manage and unlikely to provide projected returns.In short, ignore the hype and do the same due diligence you would do anywhere.

I think a lot of new investors bought in the hype last year at peak prices and when rent prices drop they are not gonna be able to float it.

I live in Granite Bay and agree with the all hype.

The hype over free or canceled rent, CDC stops all evictions, and all the other exaggerated headlines are just not true.

Eventually a buyer is going to come in and pay because of the hype which, in turn, raises the values altogether.

False advertising considering the hype/price tag.

Don't believe the hype, rental property investing is not altogether passive.
