And yeah, they are really good, with strong Hockey culture in general. 

I'm not being factious, I'm just genuinely curious what this "add value" looks like in todays web culture.

My best advise after growing our team from 3 agents to over 83 agents across 8 states, I would recommend you look for a culture that you want.

While on vacation I'm also willing to sacrifice some space on a temporary basis if I get walkability, views and a great recreational and cultural experience in return.

@John GuyI am with @Matthew Irish-Jones on this one.A lot of people say they have "analysis paralysis" when what they MEAN is "I am not in a strong enough financial position to invest yet." 

Buying in PR is not for the faint of heart, and only for people that truly love the island and its culture.
