Personally, I view a divorce as a giant financial storm, and ya know what.. you probably have some late rents coming your way  (or missed payments) if they have to hire lawyers, not to mention whoever controls the $ will be a jerk to the other.   

I'm sure I am a giant pain in the *** with my service level expectations.

Oct is the beginning of the leveling off period for the holidays and now officially at valentines it will pick back up where it left off in Sept.

It'll be easier for your agent (or you) to say "look at this beautifully remodeled kitchen" without having to explain which giant cave the fridge fits into and allows the potential buyers to visualize the complete room and buy into your vision for what the room is supposed to look like.  2. 

My life used to be spent GONE half of the year away from family friends and LIFE, in the middle of the ocean on a tanker ship moving millions of dollars of oil to feed the pockets of giant corporations.

The BP forums were like a giant book for me in the beginning.

We only have one kid to support and she is in her 3rd year at The University of Arkansas.Since she is about 6 hours away we usually only see her on school break times and vacation time around major holidays.  

We had another stressful situation over the holidays, a fire.
