Aside from all of the systems that lenders use to find undisclosed debt, one of the questions you'll be asked on the URLA/1003 (the application required for all primary residence mortgages) is basically "Are you responsible for any debt besides what we have already found?"

Wondering if anyone has converted their multimember LLC down to a sole member LLC and what the process is, all I have found on it is to fill out form 8832.

Ask questions about how they operate, and include your specific questions about deposits, in-house maintenance, etc.I think you'll discover that you got lucky and found a professional company the first try.

We have found local lenders with good terms, through the broker, and other ones as well.FHA/Conventional: If we go the FHA route, how do we structure the property as a business after the one-year occupancy requirement?
