I figured by the time my friends will be getting out of college I will have my business running and I won’t have any.

Hey everyone I just recently graduated from college and currently work full time in Washington D.C.

I have only completed some college and have no trait school skills.

Keep in mind that San Marcos is a college town being home to Texas State University so it is different than Cedar Park and Round Rock.

Anyone know of some good strategies for finding deals in college towns? 

Hindsight 20/20, I should have invested when I was even back in college 3 years ago!

I am still in highschool, and my parents want me to go to college for four years and get a high paying job. i think the best way for me to start out is get into a trade (hvac) and save for about 2 years, i will be 19-20 by then and have enough for my first deal and be able to apply for a mortgage.

I usually know what I'm talking about because I have been in construction management for about 30 years as well as having a real estate broker license for about 30 years and having a business college degree with honors that emphasized real estate. 

If I am being honest, I have been bouncing around from job to job ever since graduating college 3 years ago and have struggled in finding my grounding.

The amount of Health professionals that live and work near the "Medical Mile", number of colleges with hungry student renters, and Amazon just greenlighted their distribution center here a few months ago.
