Anyway wanted to welcome you back and I actually am a returned member myself (who was never active on the site 😷) I was looking for people in central Fl to connect with who had similar plans as myself or similar situation...Living with fam, 9-5, little money...

A little about me- My wife and I live and work on the Central Coast of California and purchased our first home about two years ago in San Luis Obispo.

I liquidated a majority of my stock market/mutual fund holdings slowly since Aug (I think stock market is near a correction as well) and have picked up 5 properties in Central WI..  3 duplex, 2 SFR..  

I'd like something that's relatively cost effective, so central air is likely out of the question.Does 3 zones make sense?

Tom, I spent some some time in central NY about 8 years ago and bed bugs were a huge problem there than as well, a permanent regional invasion?
