I am interested to here from short term lenders - bridge loans etc about what software or processes you currently use to manage your loan book. 

On an auto quote one will notice it does NOT say "hours", it speaks to BOOK hours, they are 2 different things. 

Whole books have been written on the types of investments one could/should look for. 

In the past, I would listen to this book over and over every morning on my walk when I was overwhelmed with projects, problems, and not enough time.
