It's a great tool for government, it's a great tool for society, it's a great tool for business, it can also be a very bad thing.

And thought maybe by sharing it.. some other landlords that can afford it might try the same thing.. those in the hospitals are risking their life for our fellow Americans..   

Everyone has to take a little bit of a financial blow (some harder than others) for the greater good and well being as of society as a whole. 

We do not know when or what the new normal will be in 18 months for society.
