I just closed a 5 bed + 3 bath house in Tempe for a client to househack.

As an agent, part of my sphere of influence is everyone at the college where I work which consists of 22,000 students, 1,200 faculty members, 500 classified (support) staff and hundreds of temps.

Due to the cold temperatures and the furnaces being turned on, sudden shifts in temp/humidity/pipe leaks are happening all over the place.

Upon my return to this great country of United States I will most likely move to Southern Arizona around Tucson or Tempe (close to family and great weather!)

Half the stop lights have burnt out bulbs so they toss up a temp stop sign that stays for a decade.

I will be very curious to see how that plays out in the next 3 years with this temp renters that are only renting cause they can't qualify for a mortgage.

Also, they may have been testing it before the heat gets serious.When you look at the temps thereafter, it stays in the 70s-80s.

If you do you are going throw gravel all over the place, Good luck   Thanks Bob...I appreciate the "well" thought out advice...I have never had the pleasure of visiting, but I am assuming Cleveland doesn't experience earthquakes all that often and while I understand you do get cold temps, you don't get Alaska cold temps and so your advice of "don't be cheap" would perhaps be useful (but probably not) if I owned in a place where the elements were not going to destroy my driveway.

Hi @Spencer WagnerThe draw to the Queen Creek market is it's proximity to the Mesa Gateway airport and it's affordability compared to the traditional areas for short term rentals like Scottsdale, Tempe, and Central Phoenix.
