There’s a reason why they’re “unscrupulous.”If a potential buyer made an agreement with the seller in writing while the seller and I were still under contract, I didn’t find out about it, my contract with the seller expired, and this buyer then essentially steals the deal from me.

I've tried using greeting cards of various colors, using off season stamps, hand writing the letters, using colored paper, and even putting photos of projects I've done. 

Write or call them and ask if they're interested in selling. 

Deals will not just sit around out there I'm sure, but if you write offers that make sense for you and your family or get out of your comfort zone in some way there is a way.
