Those offering workshops (as opposed to seminars) must not only have the technical expertise, but they must also have the ability to develop the curriculum and to make sure the instructors and materials actually teach what needs to be taught.I have also learned how little most people actually know about whatever specific area they are interested in and the problems of dealing with what they believe they know and have come to understand the importance of workshops as a prelude to hard core consulting.

There are visible opportunities to add value to the property by making some minor repairs and finishing a little "workshop" room.The tenants are long term and don't seem to be going anywhere, and appear to be great because the property is still in great condition.I'm not sure if I calculated the cap rate correctly but it would come out to 0.167% cap rate.I'm able to purchase with an FHA loan of 3.5% down, and have completed certificates for the state to cover my down payment and much of the closing cost.Payments would be about $1,700/mo.

(not repeat of information bootcamps, books, and videos\podcasts) -- I think just about everything that's in the workshops/presentations can be learned in the BP bookstore, but for someone who doesn't like to read and/or wants to have questions answered in real time by the pros, it's an alternative way to learn the info that's well-worth the cost of the ticket.

I'm talking about individuals that are myopically retired from mandatory work and can least afford to recover.It is my hope that someone will finally clarify as, thus far, when attempting to get someone to personally clarify and share, the defenses go WAY up.Having associates who participated in (and are still paying for) the first two levels of education and NUMEROUS fee based workshops, I've had opportunity to review the material and I'm just not getting what Renatus is selling.

The most heart breaking thing is watching older people pull out three or four credit cards to pay for the fake work shops and get nothing in return but wasted time.
