In keeping with the ADDED VALUE theme, focus your efforts on two key points. 1) be sure that you are getting good value from your purchase. 2) make sure the investor is not a hack.You can do this by having your agent contacting the listing to see if he or she has actually closed a transaction with this investor previously.

-I currently have ~$12,000 in liquid capital, but do have a wedding this summer so there will be random expenses will come up (majority of the wedding is being paid for graciously by our parents)-I do NOT have the full support of my parents, both of mine are successful, blue collar, 50 hour a week working people.
