Fill pipes need to be capped.assuming sampling is properly completed and shows no impacts, its ok to close in place in lieu of  removal. you can show the closure report to a future buyer.again-need to make sure the sampling was done in accordance with state protocols. often times, tank companies do not strictly comply with the UST rules-especially if the tank is unregulated because of its size.

Not for posturing and personal attacks.from Federal Regulations 1.274-5:https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/26/1.274-5...documentary evidence, such as receipts, paid bills, or similar evidence sufficient to support an expenditure, is required for -(1) Any expenditure for lodging while traveling away from home, and(2) Any other expenditure of $75 or more except, for transportation charges, documentary evidence will not be required if not readily available.Translation: you need to have records of all expenses, but are not required to keep the receipts under $75.
