During the day, I'm a construction inspector for transportation infrastructure projects (roads and bridges) in the city and occasionally throughout the state.

Fill pipes need to be capped.assuming sampling is properly completed and shows no impacts, its ok to close in place in lieu of  removal. you can show the closure report to a future buyer.again-need to make sure the sampling was done in accordance with state protocols. often times, tank companies do not strictly comply with the UST rules-especially if the tank is unregulated because of its size.   

So, assuming you make 200k, take home 100k, your biweekly take home would be $2,083.33, or a biweekly check of $4,166.66.Again, we have to factor in items that we haven't counted like - health insurance, transportation(subway?)

Transportation wouldn't be what it is today if we had to pay the true cost of gas at the pump.

They seem to treat their marketing costs they same way they treat their overhead costs (insurance, transportation, etc.).
