I was the main contractor when my house and apartments were built, so I am very familiar with the construction/remodeling phase of the project.I currently have a 4 unit multifamily apartment building that is debt free and fully owned that I would like to use a collateral ($225K Appraised Value )to get a loan to begin my project. 

Remodeling What was the outcome?

Are those homes refreshing bathrooms or remodeling them?

If you pay the utilities, there is very little concern for conservation  on the tenants part.. they are less likely to report leaks/running toilets.  

They could have one unit that's actually set up as a 2-bedroom and is recently remodeled that they get $850 for and another that's a dated 1-bed and only $520.

Get them fired & have the satification of two-fold revenge: evicted & fired lol*Im not an attorney and this not legal advice* That is a great way to finally get possession and find cement in your toilets and drains as well !

My question is does anybody know of any resources for grants to remodel apartment buildings, tax incentives, or financing with incentives for remodeling?

We feel like we can remodel and renovate the properties to bring in an additional $2,000/month(by turning one of the 1 bedrooms into a bi level three bedroom by taking advantage of the large pitched roof in each property.) 

I have joe and Mary here who are qualified and looking for a nice home just like yours to own.so here is what I offer, I’ll take care of the tenants and toilets, I just need to come to an agreement about the lease terms , and if you say no to me we can still be friends are you ok with that mr or mrs seller?

They bought it for 30K 10 years ago and completely remodeled it.
